Dorcia James-Callendar joined the Water and Sewerage Company Inc (WASCO) in September, 2017 as the Human Resource Manager with over 10 years of Human Resource Management experience.
The key initiatives under her purview include Recruitment and Selection, Performance and Compensation Management, Labor Relations as well as Organisation design and development.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with second class honors from Monroe College, New Rochelle in New York and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management with merit from the Australian Institute of Business, Adelaide, South Australia.
